There is no contact form, because a form would mean storing what you write on a server, and the site does not have one.
Reporting a wrong result
Please include four things: the calculation mode you were using, the exact numbers you entered, the result you saw, and the result you expected. That is usually enough to reproduce and fix an issue the same day.
A useful report reads something like: "On the VAT page, increase/decrease mode, I entered 300 as the base and 20 as the percentage. It showed 360, and I expected 250 because I wanted the tax removed rather than added." Half of the reports that arrive turn out to be that particular misunderstanding, and it is worth checking the removing-tax section before writing.
What is worth reporting
- A result that is arithmetically wrong, with the numbers that produced it.
- A figure in a reference table that is out of date — a changed VAT rate, for instance.
- A translation that reads awkwardly or uses the wrong term of art in your language.
- Anything that does not work with a keyboard or a screen reader.
- A page that is slow, broken on your device, or renders badly at your screen size.
What to expect
This is a one-person project, not a support desk. Reproducible bug reports are usually acted on within a day or two; feature suggestions and general questions take longer, and not every suggestion gets built. Every message is read.
Feature requests, translation corrections, accessibility problems and advertising enquiries all go to the same address.
Privacy requests
For questions about data handling, or to exercise a right under the GDPR, LGPD or CCPA, use the same email address and mention which regulation you are writing under. Requests are handled within the statutory period.
It is worth reading the privacy policy first: because the site collects no personal data, most access and deletion requests have nothing to act on, and the answer is usually that there is no record of you to produce.
